  1. This book was unexpectedly educational There were quite a number of cliche quotes that I didn t know existed Or maybe because this book is targeted to the American audience I loved how sarcastic and pessimistic the tone of this book is The author criticizes the cliches, most of the time, by taking the quotes literally Some worked and were pretty funny but some were just bland to taste Pretty funny good way to end my 2016.

  2. Hilarious and so true Lists so many common cliches Definitely going on my desk at work A must read for any grammar geek.

  4. The Snark Handbook is very amusing It does cause you to question the reasons for some of the phrases the we often use The sarcasm and wit that the author uses stays consistent throughout the book without getting to be too much or sounding annoying.

  5. Found myself laughing throughout the book and realised how often I used cliches Dispicable A good lighthearted book, easy to carry around between home and work and a very attractive cover too if I do say so myself Thanks for the laugh Dorfman, you should be a standup comedian.
